Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced Gardener Supervisor to oversee gardening and landscaping activities and effectively manage the gardening team. The ideal candidate should have strong knowledge of garden maintenance, plant care, irrigation systems, and landscaping operations.

Required Skills

  • Strong knowledge of planting, garden planning, and maintenance
  • Experience in landscaping, pruning, irrigation systems, and plant care
  • Ability to supervise and manage gardening staff effectively
  • Good communication, leadership, and organizational skills
  • Ability to plan and assign daily tasks to gardening staff
  • Ability to maintain high standards of quality, safety, and cleanliness
