We are seeking an experienced Executive Secretary to provide administrative and secretarial support to top management, ensuring efficient office operations and effective communication.
Key Requirements:
Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Office Administration, Secretarial Studies, or related field
2–5 years of proven experience as an Administrative/Executive Secretary, preferably supporting top management in reputable organizations
Strong computer skills with extensive experience in secretarial and clerical work
Solid understanding of office practices, procedures, and administrative systems
Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English
Presentable and professional demeanor (middle-aged candidates preferred)
Candidates must be locally available with a valid NOC
