Job Summary :

We are seeking for an experienced General Manager – Automobile Dealership with 15+ years in automotive dealership operations, sales, after-sales, and business development to drive profitability and growth in Qatar.

Requirements:

• Arab National.
• Minimum 15 years of progressive experience in the automobile dealership industry.
• Proven track record in dealership management, vehicle sales, after-sales operations, and business development.
• Strong leadership capabilities with demonstrated experience in managing and motivating large teams.
• In-depth knowledge of automotive market trends, dealership operations, customer relationship management (CRM), and industry best practices.
• Experience in strategic planning, budgeting, financial management, and achieving business growth targets.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.
• Ability to develop and implement business strategies to enhance profitability, customer satisfaction, and operational efficiency.
• Strong understanding of manufacturer standards, compliance requirements, and dealership performance metrics.

Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee the overall operations and profitability of the automobile dealership.
• Drive vehicle sales, after-sales service performance, and customer satisfaction initiatives.
• Develop and execute strategic business plans to achieve revenue and growth objectives.
• Monitor financial performance, budgets, and operational KPIs.
• Lead, mentor, and develop dealership staff and department heads.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with manufacturers, suppliers, and key customers.
• Ensure compliance with company policies, industry regulations, and manufacturer standards.
